Dinner, dessert, and drinks with my Jan!  This was quite the culinary tour of the East Village - ramen at Ippudo, fancy cocktails at speakeasy Angel's Share, maccaroons and puddin' at ChikaLicious, and brews at dive The Continental.  So much fun!  Can't wait to do it all over again in two weekends.

Since today was our last day in New York together, Amy and I decided to go on an extreme sight seeing tour.  We visited over ten hot spots in the City!  We went to Grand Central Station, the New York Public Library, the Empire State Building...

...Little Italy, SoHo, Century 21 department store, and more!  We are exhausted.  Time for bed.  And a 3:45 a.m. wakeup call for Amy's trip to JFK airport.  I bet she's glad to get some rest when she gets home from "vacation!"

Great start to the morning with a tour of Liberty Island and Ellis Island!  (Even though they tricked us with a fake reserved start time.)  It was pretty spectacular being up close to this NYC icon.

We ended the evening with dinner at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill.  Amazing roasted corn with cotija cheese and salmon that melted in my mouth!

Hello New York City!  Amy and I began with a trip to Katz's Deli (location of the famous When Harry Met Sally scene and yummy corned beef) and then for a stroll through Central Park. 

After shopping down Madison Avenue and Broadway, we stopped for dinner and cocktails at Rosie O'Grady's (thanks bartender Mike!) and then saw How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying...starring Daniel Radcliffe!  This musical is hilarious!  Daniel and John Larroquette are an amazing team together on stage.
