Our afternoon was rainy, but we spent it under the rooftops of Xavier University of New Orleans. This HBCU is the only one that's affiliated with the Catholic Church. What an amazing Pharmacy program! So many of the campus buildings were renovated after Katrina with money donated by big companies (one building was built with millions of dollars donated by the king of Qatar!). Hearing about this generosity gave me goosebumps.
